First you’ll figure out what it is that you really want, is it traveling, working somewhere else, living somewhere else or all of the above? By digging deep and allowing yourself to dream big you’ll figure out that’s driving you!

The second step is to learn how to deal with your fears. Dreams are usually followed by fears, ‘What if I can’t do it,’ and ’What would my friends/family/partner think’ are common fears but why think like that? Become a ‘Just do it girl!’ and start living for you! Not for others and their opinions.

Planning is the third step, create a plan that suits you, that is easy to follow and will motivate you to keep on going.

And the last step is the action and how to keep on going. Everybody can dream and plan, but those how take action, will really get there. Deal with setbacks and change failures into learning moments. Learn how to shift your focus and start creating the life you always wanted!

Last year I changed from being a drained, bored physiotherapist into an energetic, world traveler and coach.

It took me a while to figure out what I wanted outside of healthcare, I didn’t have any guidance and the people around me didn’t understand my desire to travel.

Every night, after work, I would be working on my online business. Without a plan, only with a goal; being able to travel whenever and wherever I want.

Not having a plan made me working on 10 different things at once, which didn’t work for me. If I just had a guide, a coach or a mentor I could have saved heaps of time AND stress.

That’s why I want to share these steps and loads of other tips! Everybody deserves to life live to the fullest and not feel like a poppet for the next 40 years or so.
